Put SafeSite on your home screen. It opens full screen like any other app, saves your checks and forms on the phone when there is no signal, and sends them when it comes back.
Open it from your home screen. If you are seeing this inside the app, tap below.
Open SafeSite- 1Tap the Share button The square with an arrow, at the bottom of the screen (top right on iPad).
- 2Choose “Add to Home Screen” Scroll down the list if you cannot see it.
- 3Tap “Add”Top right. SafeSite appears on your home screen with the Grange logo.
Apple does not let a web page do this step for you, so it has to be these three taps. It takes about ten seconds.
Only Safari can add an app to the home screen on an iPhone. Copy the address below, open Safari, paste it in and follow the steps there.
Copied. Now open Safari and paste it into the address bar.
Tap the button and choose Install when your phone asks.
If nothing happened, do it by hand:
- 1Tap the menu ⋮Three dots, top right of Chrome.
- 2Choose “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”Then tap Install.
You have opened this inside another app (Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp or similar), which cannot install apps. Copy the address, then open it in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).

Sign in here instead
Open SafeSite from your home screen and sign in once with your employee number and PIN (or email and password). Your checks and forms are then saved to the phone for use without signal. If you have not been given a PIN yet, ask the site office.
